Tree removal in Mustang, OK
Mustang has the tightest weekly limb limits here, but its spring and fall curbside clean-ups take bigger brush piles.
Weekly collection
- Limbs must be securely bundled, under 3 feet long and 25 pounds (Mustang Code ch. 98).
Fall 2026 curbside clean-up
- Clean-up days are Saturdays Oct 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2026, by regular trash day; items must be out by 7 a.m. and crews make one pass (Mustang Fall Curbside Clean-Up).
- Brush and limbs must be cut to 4 feet or less and tied with rope or cord; stumps must be cut to 4 feet by 12 inches (same source).
Lines to your house
- The service drop from the pole to the house is the owner's job to keep clear; OG&E suggests a pro or a temporary disconnect (OG&E vegetation FAQ).
Tip: Time a do-it-yourself cleanup a week before Mustang's next curbside clean-up, when items may go to the curb.
